« on: September 15, 2019, 01:37:24 AM »
Gday gents, I found myself at the local monthly auction and won these for $5Aus $3US.
Anyone know much about them? I like them.

Ahh!! The origional Walworth Co. Stilson pattern pipe wrench. Patented by Daniel Stillson, US95744A, great story behind those http://online.anyflip.com/tgjd/etcb/mobile/index.html.
A person who could really read human minds would be privileged to gaze on some correct imitations of chaos.

Super buy! I always like rereading the history behind this wrench.
You might say I have a tool collecting problem....

Thank you, I now know all about this design. Bit of an American Icon. Hardly changed in design.
