Hello, I just picked this up. Double end pin vise, the 2 collets each have different size openings, allowing for 4 size ranges. No manufacturer's marks, but is stamped PAT JUNE 10 19, which is a valid patent date. Not in DATAMP, and the USPTO website and my mac computer don't play well together. Any idea on the manufacturer? I saw something similar at Haun Welding Supply.  Its a torch tip cleaner with 12 different size tip cleaners.  The holder has collets at both ends.
