I went to the Habitat Restore today and picked up a few items. One item I got is a Armstrong fixed socked wrench. Part number is 2H2873. It is 7 inches long, L shaped with a 9/16 hex on each end. Painted black with most of the paint remaining. The socket ends appear to forged with the handle, not welded. Any idea what it is ? Common wrench, or special use. Thanks in advance.

There is nothing like that in my 1960 Armstrong catalog.  Does it look like a Walden Worcester socket wrench.  It sounds like one of their aftermarket wrenches for work on Model T's.

Yes it is in the same style as a Walden Worcester socket wrench. Except being a little dirty, I don't think it has been used much or at all.
