Owatonna Tool contracted Proto to make ratchets🤔

I have a proto style ratchet that says Owatonna Tool Co. The plate in the same location that Proto has their name. There is also a part number. H-363-A.
Also says M.F.D U.S.A. The parts will interchange and work with my proto ratchet.
Anyone else know anything about this🤔
I rarely find Owatonna ratchets manufactured after their first few designed ratchets.
