Proto 5649 - 3/4 Drive Ratchet

I picked this up recently. It works, but needs a good cleaning.   It is dry as a bone inside and I need both of the screws that hold the front plate.  Any recommendations?

I would try Stanley Black & Decker's customer service line in the morning and see if they might be able to help.

If you just sent them a photo of the ratchet (with any sort of production codes that might be on it) they can probably identify it.
