Any information would be great.   Type, history, age. manufacturer

Sorry the picture is so bad.
The site seems to only allow 250K which by definition make for a bad picture.

This style wrench has been manufactured by multiple companies in multiple countries over the years. The unmarked versions are difficult to identify as to a country of origin or manufacturer.

If it isn't marked there isn't much you can do, but the patent above is where they got the idea.
