Casey 8066 and German Miltex Screwdrivers??

Anyone heard of Weaver Screwdrivers or this "Germany"  Miltex No. 135 yankee style screwdriver? They seem to be quality tools, but this begs the question again about the "Germany" issue as to whether this was made prior to World War II?  Can't find anything  on a google search.
