My friend recently got this from a coworker and nobody can seem to figureout what it is.

Based on the preceived size, I would guess some sort of indexable tool for jewelry work. Looks like punches and planishing type tools for it. Just my WAG!

Wards Master Quality 1/2" drive sockets (Need size 5/8), long extension, & speeder handle.
-Vlchek WB* series double box wrenches.
-Hinsdale double-box end round shank wrenches.
