Ha! There was just a thing about this on the newz last night. Something about Wisconsin banning head shops from selling pipes and other paraphernalia. The scale is marketed as a postal scale, and is sold exclusively through your local postage headquarters, a head shop. lol

First one looks like a trigger pull gauge, but it would be for a gun with a very light trigger... (oops just reread 40lbs not 4lbs, so would be ideal for measuring trigger pull - the long hook to get around the stock or the handgrip)
