These are "imported", according to the web site, and they don't say where from. Even so, I thought someone might be interested to know that such a thing is available. One reviewer states on the site that these can be cleaned up and fine tuned into a very nice, presentable tool.  This web site has a lot of cool stuff, some even USA made. They have some very nice hatchet, axe and garden tool designs. Garrett Wade, check 'em out.  http://www.garrettwade.com/x-hd-screwdriver-set-4/p/05R01.03/

Ime pretty sure the company Lee Valley has similar products.

Personally I think there nice and all but you cand beat the antique ones, you just dont get aging on those like you would a antique one. No true worn in feel.
And I'm proud to be an American,
where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.

In my experience, these aren't that great as drivers, but they are ideal candidates to lop off the shank and make yourself a phake out of.  The handle frame is a little fat (wide), but you can grind that easy if you want.

Garrett Wade has been overcharging for everything they sell, for 35 years!
Their philosophy has always been, expensive presentation, catalog etc., will reel in suckers with money regardless of the price.
It worked bigtime for a while, they got real big real fast.
Wade and another company called Brookstone were real big in the mail order tool business in the 70's.
It has settled down to a modest mail order business for Wade,
and Brookstone dropped tools altogether and went to small franchise gee-gaw shops at mauls.

Anything you --ever-- see listed at Wade, is considerably cheaper somewhere else, I guarantee it.

Most of these drivers are sold at swap meets for about $10 a set.
