Anybody seen one of these before?  I sure haven't.  It's currently listed on eBay.

Now that is a strange looking beast. I would guess it will go for a high amount, strange hammers tend to bring in some rather large bids on eBay.

Is there any name remaining?   I'd say it is unusual, but a claw on top a ball peen, can see why it didn't catch on.   With the properly shaped ball peen hammer, and some time at the forge, and grinder, could make one of those in an hour or so, any sign of hand work, vs. factory made?

No name mentioned, and no name I can see, but It doesn't look like it's been cobbled together.  I think it's a factory made job.
