Two pieces that sdon't fit each other, so what do they fit??

In a tool box I collected within the past month, out came these two red pieces and they don't fit in any way shape or form.  I'm guessing the Dunlap piece was a part of a small auto wrench set or something that held it down with a thumb screw at the top(judging by the dent in it), but the other item simply has "4747" Stamped on it and it looks like it held small wrenches too.  I'm not in love with either piece, but if someone has these missing from their "complete" set, I could let them go., but first I'd like to know what who how and where and maybe even when.
