Hamlet tools?

I picked up a pair of sheet metal bending pliers -- 3 1/2 inch bite on 8 inch handles.  They're marked Hamlet on both arms, and 60.  I can't find anything mentioning Hamlet tools.  Anybody run across this manufacturer?

That's exactly what I needed!   I have an older model of:

Except no plastic on the grips, and 9 rather than 10 inches long.
Oh, and $5 instead of $85.
