Dogbone logo wrench

 Does anyone recognize this logo ? Its an open dogbone over a (P). wrench looks to be a malleable casting although it is only 3/16 thick. No other markings. Wrench openings are 1 7/8,2 1/8,and 2 9/16. No background known. (auction buy)
