Since I just took it's picture for something else....

A pretty wood handled screwdriver made for western auto...(dunno when or by whom tho...?)

Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

As a kid I hated wood handled screwdrivers, translucent red handles were the cool thing to have, but it is hard to ignore the beauty of that screwdriver.
