I am a bit off topic here, but a lot of our  tools relate to farrier stuff, so I  figured someone here might know.

Closest I came to a horse growing was the 10 cent one at the grocery store, so I have no clue what the names of these parts are.

Something to do with reins,or bridles or snaffles or ??

They look more like trace fittings - used on draft vehicles (cart, buggies, buckboards) than mounted horses. Top two I can imagine at the end of a leather strap to create a trace to pull with, botton right appears to be a decorative 'horse brass', and the other one a guide for reins - but just guessing from their shape as to the actual uses...

The bottom one could be a decorative piece attached to a martingale.  Various heart-shaped decorations were commonly found on martingales.
