I am helping a widow friend part with some of her husband's things. I came across this Kennedy box. I know Kennedy are good machinists boxes, but I have no idea on a value. I want to get her fair pricing selling some of the stuff at swap meets. Can anyone tell me more about them?

Does it have a key, and do all drawers function as they should?
And I'm proud to be an American,
where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.

A new one will set you back $453 from Graingers ;P

Used ebay asking price seems to be just over $100, and I wouldn't sell it in good shape for much less than ....

(Almost impossible to date, they have looked the same since the 60's, tho the existance of a serial number makes me think it's somewhat later)

PS: The keys are all the same, and the keys drawer slides are available for repair, the think that kills value is rust.
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.
