A dollar got me this from the streetmarket.

    No markings at all, sizes are 3/4" and 7/8".        I have no clue besides it has to be old.
The only bad tool is the one that couldn't finish the job.  Ironicly it may be the best tool for the next job.

The center has a Barcalo look to it, but not the openings.
