SEARS SCREWDRIVER

Digging in my craftsman tools I found an oddball the ratchet screw driver came in a plastic pouch. On the pouch is sears no.941426 there is no mfg or no on the screwdriver. Should there be?  it came with six bits ,the pouch fits perfectly and it advertised the 6 bits on the pouch. Probably an import but they usually have some kind of marking .
