my searches flagged that overnight....was looking this morning and struggling to *date* the bottom feller.  My first to see one.
"FORGED IN THE USA" myself.  Be good to your tools!

That black one might date to the 20s or earlier, is just like the pricey one I saw at the antique mall two weeks back.  The underlined ones I have a set of, they came in my fathers 1947 Craftsman tool set.

I have the very same one.  Condition of mine is not quite as good.  Sears bought the Craftsman name in 1927 from the Craftsman Tool Co in Iowa for $500. If I am remembering correctly, The underlined C came after 1932. They phased it out slowly after WWII.  I have seen things as late as 1950 with it, but some stuff with the =Craftsman= in the same catalog.  Probably they let forging tools wear out before making the change. The 1927-1932 logo has the word Craftsman in a kind of a wave.

Heres a couple that I have, the bottom 2 are the same size but different dates.
The 2 in the middle are CI series, top one is like the one op posted on ebay.

If I remember correctly the "624.5430-50" wrench came with a welding regulator.
