I can' make every auction that rolls within 50 miles of home, so I have a retired tool collector(mostly woodworking stuff, so we rarely bump heads on an item), and he knows what I like and will bid on that stuff for me, knowing I'll take care of him when he has enough for meto go out to his house and purvey. Although I don't have a photo of it, like last month he scored a vintage Cornwell 3/8" drive rat and sockets in their tray, and I think I swapped him Millers Falls Plane still in its box for them. I had $11 in the plane, so I was happy and he likely had less than that in the Cornwell, so he was happy.
