Picked up this small handful today. A Craftsman scratch all #9-3648, a VACO screw-holding driver, a Proto 1/4" driver handle  #4769, and a what's it.

Says Bellflower, Cal and Rowe Products. Double open end, alligator style, the higher the number the smaller the gap. Any ideas?

I had a sneaky suspicion it could be that. Thanks!

Cool wrench, first time I have seen one! Also, you can never have enough of the Valco screw holder/drivers in my opinion. Nice little group of goodies!

I have a wrench just like that markings and all. I was told it's a spoke wrench.
All my taste is in my tools.

I picked up another VACO recently, so, I've got two now. The other one is smaller than this one. haven't used it yet, but, I figured it might come in handy some day.
