hole spanner?

I know the term hook spanner, use them on the Pullmax collets, a pin spanner I use on a old Storm Boring bar.
So what do you call one with a hole in place of the pin or hook?

A bunch of pics (5000+) of tools and projects in our shoppe

Hose coupling wrench, I suspect.
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

We just call them spanner wrenches.

Hose valves still have pin lugs, so do my hydrant gauge adapters.

(But I made the adapters from hose valve caps. (
