Stevens Walden box
« on: July 26, 2014, 06:43:09 AM »
Picked up this box with tools in it, all but the 3rd socket from the right have Walden or Walden Worcester on it. What did the original sockets have on them?

A lot of them had the W in a diamond logo on them, I'm pretty sure. Alloy Artifacts has a great section on walden you should look at.  Do any of the sockets say "STW" on them?? I have a socket set that a lot of us think are Steven Walden sockets, but I don't think that's been confirmed anywhere yet.
Great set.
cheers,

No STW's, the 3 on the bottom say Walden and the others Walden Worcester.

If i remember correctly my first set of tools was Stevens Walden. Got on the grey dog bus and went to the next town over.I think the tools cost about 5 books of S&H Green stamps.

Were the Walden Worcester made by S-K?  I think I saw that somewhere, probably AA.
