I just got back online, found this read interesting.   But for me its a little late!   Built the garage a year ago.  Has a work area at the front, bench under the window.   The bench is already full, thank you.   Old anvil and new anvil are on stands over by the forge and water barrel.   Woodworking tools on the wall, near the bench, and drill press and table saw.  Figuring out where to put the scroll saw.  Have a truck inside, that is going to get exchanged out for an old Pontiac.   So the mechanic tools are in the two rolling tool boxes.   For once I put a set of wrenches on the wall, and not a shiny new wrench in the bunch, in fact almost as many names as are wrenches.   Collector wrenches are in the tiny rolling toolbox, really, never did see another NAPA 22 inch wide rolling tool box.   Still figuring where to put the hanging lamps, right now the free standing Halogen lights from the garage sale work well.  I figure the shop will be a work in progress for some time to come.

Thanks for sharing the article. The site also has some other good ones.
And I'm proud to be an American,

And I won't forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.
