What do you think of these pliers?  There are two marks - 1) the number "8" and 2) you should be able to just make the word "FORGED" over the large plier jaw (bottom photo).  One handle end is a screwdriver.  The handles are not offset but close in there own plane.   The pivot is quite worn.  How old do think these are?
