Anybody have any information on this Blackhawk ratchet? It's 6" long and marked "9706S" and "Patents Pend.".

From it's style and aprox number sequence I would guess it's from the series made by Interstate Drop Forge for blackhawk. The patent would be RE19287 (which is for the Lockon socket, which is why there are 2 odd cutouts in the drive hole)

I don't have any other info on that model number tho...
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.
