Are these old?

Purchased an older home with 3 sheds, everything from the house to the shed is full. These looked old and was wondering if they was and also what is that round silver thing?

I cannot tell what the silver thing is without better pictures.  Google tortilla press and see if the pictures match your item.  The others are a meat saw and a brace with a long auger bit in it.  The last two are probably from the 1940s to the 1970s.

If by 'old' you mean 'valuably old,' I'd say no. The brace we'd de-rust, buff, lube, and
sell for $3 - $6, maybe $8-$10 if it is of particularly high quality, design, or
condition -- but this one looks like a basic open-ratchet design, which we usually
put $5 on in good working order.

The auger bit we'd de-rust, buff, and sharpen, and then price at $0.50-$2.50, depending
on whether the spurs were intact, the shaft unbent, and the lead screw
in good condition.

The butcher's saw is virtually valueless (at least for us), maybe in the
$1.00 - $3.50 range, depending on how nicely it shined up and how sharp
the blade is.

Thrift-store prices all, assuming user-grade tools, some
investment of labor and Evaporust toward spiffing them up -- and
are just guesses.

Brace design, once it settled down in the early 20th century, didn't change much after that.  About the only way I've been able to determine age is that the newer braces had lower-quality wood, transitioning toward plastic.  It could be older than the 1940s; I think a "last date" of 1970s is too late, myself, but no expert, me.

The thing is, there are about sixty zillion braces out there.  In this area, I'd pay $1 for it, with the bit.  I've paid that price for braces of much higher quality and condition.

I'd walk past the meat saw.  Doubt I'd pay attention to the tortilla press or whatever it might be; we buy our tortillas.

yeah that does look like it but I still don't know what it is, looks real familiar though.

I think turnnut nailed it,a little hard to tell but it looks a lot like an waffle iron to me.
  I agree with the others re value, the bit, brace and saw are all quite common.

The silver thing is a tortilla press.
I just bought a new one in the store, cast iron, two weeks ago for $20

FWIW, I'll never go back to the store bought corn tortillas
