NBM 45 Ratchet 1/2" Drive

Hello, I am wondering about this Ratchet, stamped NBM 45 on the shank. Is that New Britain Machine ?, and if so, was that Made in U.S.A.? This a 1/2" Drive, my guess is an approx. 48 tooth gear, seems to be well made, no other markings. Thanks, Lou

That is a New Britain style of ratchet. looks just like several of mine.

I just sold one exactly like it a month ago on ebay.  $22.50 and I paid expedited shipping.  It was one of the few non rusty things in that tool box I bought.
