Craftsman Hand Tool Sets Dates

I acquired some old (not ancient) Craftsman tool sets. Did Google serches of the set numbers and came up blank on all of them. Here is a sample screwdriver set #9-41286. Is there a way to determine a date when this was produced or sold. I pretty much understand the lettering manufacturing date codes but is there a way for the tools set numbers. I sure there is an interest in these sets that have never been opened.

 zip codes started July 1, 1963,  I WOULD ASSUME THAT THEY WERE MADE AFTER THAT DATE.

AND ACCORDING TO YOUR PACK, THEY WERE MADE IN THE U.S.A.  before they bought overseas items.

I would say with a bar code on the package it might be the 80's or newer.
