Vintage Precision Matthews Milling Vise Questions

I have been cleaning out my Dad's fathers garage and came across a Precision Matthews Milling Vise with Swivel Base. I tried to look online to see if I could find something old like this one but returned all newer vices. Does anyone know the approximate year or model of this vice? What about an approximate value?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I can't help on the info that you seek,  but when you are looking up for info, sometimes it helps to use the word vintage on your description.
