This wrench is identical in appearance to the Herbrand #194 Ford Model T oil drain plug, and multitool wrench except for the markings. The "HE" appears to be cast and the "163" is stamped. The number could be "193" but don't think I can get a 194 out of it. Is this possibly an early pre-production wrench? The HE does not appear as a usual Herband trademark. Any ideas?
