Hello, This was in the bottom of a box of tools. Appears to be made of brass or bronze, (non-magnetic), and appears to be factory made. It has in raised numerals at the end with the loop 75-160. It is tapered in diameter from .080 to .067, and the stepped end measures .040 in diameter. Thanks, Lou

Looks like a metering rod for carburetor, probably Carter.

Agreed Carter carb metering rod, if you help me get my jacket on I'll look it up and I probably have a few in the 2 big Carter cabinets.
