Northwoods

I've been looking for a drive plug for my Snap-on 5/8" female rat; thought I had one, but was outbid at the last minute/second.

But today it seemed that my problem was solved--with a bonus.  At a poorly-lit estate sale this am, I spied a Blackhawk big boy with a drive plug for the princely sum of $8.00.  And it clicked smoothly--at least as smoothly as one of those can click.  Oh, heaven, can such things be!  Grabbed it up quick as can be.

When I got home, I found that it was not exactly what I had thought. (Some of you can see where I'm going here.)  It's a No. 916N pat pend.  But it's a 7/8"

So....  I'm both disappointed and happy as can be.  Now I know what to do with my 3/4" socket/doorstops.
The ORIGINAL Northwoods.
