OTC socket No. J-214

Picked up an OTC 3/8" breaker bar the other day No. H 275 with a strange OTC socket on it.

It's a 7/16" socket, but the opening is in the shape of a letter   D 
The socket number is J-214. 
Any thoughts?

I looked all through my OTC catalog (49-J) yesterday, and could not find a J-214. A D-214, for example, was a deep socket, 7/16 inch.  Do you have a photo?
