It's called the "Quik-Clean" ratchet, and I like them. Made for Sears by Stanley in the late 80's, I think. Used a sliding pawl mechanism. I don't think they were the most popular design, but, I do see them regularly - so they must have sold fairly well.
If that's a 3/8" and it's for sale, I'd like it to go with the 1/4"er I have.
