Started seeing these last year, bought some on estate sales, and the habitat store.  The Ace logo matches one seen on a  retro sign in the store.  Probably have  13 of these now.   Yes they get used.

I have to wonder if these weren't made by Stanley.  The design seems awfully close to the yellow and black versions Stanley produced.
