Something odd I found, I dunno what the X9 means, Anyone know if it had a different purpose?
The wrench looks somewhat like an A-9, it is also stamped 'Second Quality' , perhaps that's what an X model is?

Dual patent dates, Nov 12,00; May 11,02
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.
