Does anybody recognize this little feller.  He is about 5" long without being loaded.

Have to pass - low budget - Mrs' E is temporarily out of work.  Cutting back.  The tool looks like it does more than just hold those bits.  Can it turn a tap?

If it is square, and anywhere around 3/16"-1/4" square, it fits.  The thing may just be handy in the toolbox.
