old hand drill, I think for I beams not sure- any info is great looking to sale but not sure what to ask for it. it works great 2 way lock for ratcheting.

thank you Danks  its a self feed drill ratchet made by NCH co.
it was made in the early 19th century looks like it was the first one out and has been upgraded a few times to make it better from what I found.
