My friend asked me to put this tool before this August Body to find out anything about it.







Any answers?  I said maybe for cleaning snow out of Polar Bear paws LOL

The wooden handle has lost all of its paint over the years and has some chips missing from the end near the metal protrusion - another reason I believe that this end was made for cracking ice.
