« on: August 19, 2012, 02:27:43 PM »
OK, so I have a weakness for APCO/Mossberg....

(Hey, I might use it...someday...it's calibrated...)
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

What drive size ? I got a 3/8 drive one simular to yours from a guy at work. Not quite as nice as yours, but it seems to work ok.

hehe, I will be lucky if I can pull the 250 FtLb mine goes up to. You also have the same problem I have, I discovered it is too long to fit in my roll tool box...oops...

The same fellow that sold me this one had a 1200FtLb one a few months back, with a torque multiplier.....yeash

You do not want to arm wrestle the fellow that can pull that one up to the limit..

Interestingly, it has a changable drive plug, so i suppose you could put various sizes in it, came with a 1/2 plug tho...

I have the exact copy of yours well if yours is 1/2' it's the same . Yours is much cleaner than mine. Although I did clean it up and it turned out very well. Also mine has not been calibrated in many years but I have checked it agaainst my newer ones several times and it seems pretty accurate.

Mine came from a closed Texaco station in Sac Ca in the late sixties and I have had it since. It also came with a reversable ratcheting adapter which I think is original to the wrench as there is a small compartment in the box to store it.

I have an old Snap On Torq O Meter that looks strangely similar to this tool.  unusual in that it's a 1/2" drive and measures in inch pounds.  go fiure.

Impressive wrench dude
