What is it? scooper to make balls of rice?

Maybe I should have post this on <6"

Very small tool kit (made in West Germany);
2 3/4" Adj wrench opens 3/8", Works!!

That's a meatball maker. I have a few in different ounce sizes.

Bob, Sorry not now, I use the set in my car emergency kit.. comes in handy.
no TM. marking, only "made in W.Germany"

I think it's a professional snowball maker.  For those who don't like to get their hands cold and wet.
