Found These in a Aviation Toolbox i just Bought from a Auction...And i have No Idea What they are Used For!

Anyone Know what these are!

They say Artex on the Side, and Resemble Mini Railroad Tracks or Beams!

They look like really heavy machinists parallels.  The holes are probably to lighten them somewhat.  Just a guess.
