this was a trade,no cash...nothing too exciting..but a adj. ratchet.....thought that was comical?
havent had time to look closely at this batch

All kinds of goodies there, I like the pliers with the attached spanner, cool.

I noticed the waterpump pliers with the pin wrench, too.  I wonder if they were designed for a specific application?  And some parrothead pliers, in case you encounter a broken parrot or Jimmy Buffett fan.

But, now that you've got, by my count, three valve lifters for flathead engines, you need to buy an old flathead truck.  Ford V-8?  Studebaker (get an M-series truck, if you decide on that)?  Mack?

#369 ON THE WATER PUMP(WALDEN WORCESTER)
i did like the stanley-atha #99 7/8" chisel,a whole set would be cool

Lostmind

I noticed the water pump pliers also, first I've seen like that. several interesting valve spring compressors.
Nice group there.
Of all the things I've lost , I miss my mind the most

> you need to buy an old flathead truck

Or a lawn mower, the little stamped short ones are usually for small engines..

I like the water pump plieers with the packing nut hook wrench on the end also, first I have seen...
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

Looks like a piston ring groove cleaner in the haul...

I see a pair of the original self adjust vise grips. Bet they slip.
I got a pair when they first came out. Worked great for a little while, then started to slip.
I took them apart for some re-engineering and they work again.
But they won't work forever.
