Buggy Wrenches?

Picked these up at the swap meet yesterday.  Thought maybe they were old buggy wrenches.  Anybody know if that is what they are?

 The top two do look like buggy wrenchs. Top one looks like a Dayton pattern and second one looks like maybe a Eberhard. (may have part number in oval depression). Bottom one looks to be a 490B cultivator wrench by IHC.
