Goodies I scored Saturday while picking a little....

Aaron sent me a decent P.M and this was my reply, I am only posting it because if he was confused I would think chances are someone else might be and Id prefer that at least in this instance someone did not think I was trying to be a jerk, I am still baffled to be honest by the misunderstanding but what can I do.............


Aaron, I only brought up e-bay prices because many of the tool talk members seem to buy and sell on e-bay, they seem to buy stuff just to sell it on e-bay, quite the contrary to what you were thinking of me I was suggesting that maybe you were not aware of how much they have sometimes sold on e-bay for, I was attempting to do just the opposite of what many people would do in first notify you ( assuming you were not already aware ) that if you were to attempt to sell it on e-bay than you would almost certainly get more money for it going that route.

Believe it or not that was it, zilch zippo notta, I was trying to be honest and forthright with you, I try to do this when I have the chance because I enjoy the opportunity to show other people in the internet world that contrary to popular belief not everyone is a scammer, not everyone will take advantage of a situation.

I felt insulted when you attacked me, I felt insulted because I was trying to do the right thing, I did nor know whether you sell on e-bay or not and I still see nothing wrong with assuming you do sell there. I never suggested that you were looking for top dollar, I only suggested that you would get more money out of the gun if you were to decide to sell it their than if you were to sell it too me.

If you decided to sell it there it would not have been a problem for me, I know and understand that people have to feed their families, believe me Aaron if it were something that I just had to have I would have said I will give you more for it than you would get on e-bay or something of that nature, I do not need the gun, I would like to have it because the finish on mine is poor but its just not something that I have to have that is why I suggested that you would do  better on e-bay.

I hope it is clear now and you understand. I only take offense that you right away assumed I was trying to hurt you, that was the furthest from reality.

I hope you can understand my side better now. Its not about having the last word Aaron. Its about peace and caring for one another.



BTW if anyone out there ever runs across ANY literature at all ( outside of some magazine article that some scab has ripped out of a perfectly good magazine just so he could make two dollars ) concerning Graham Brothers trucks I WILL give you more money for it than you could get on e-bay!!
