Is there a rectangular depression on the outside cover, bottom right side?

If so, it's Snap-on/Blue point 11 piece gasket punch set, and you win the suck award for the week..;P
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

Nice set, I'd love to have a set of punches like that, to punch leather discs for air pumps on my lanterns!

They are also great for making round linen patches for muzzle loading round balls.
