I saw this in Farm Collector Magazine. The article is about an Ohio guy named Bill Duncan. He is a serious collector of this brand.  The first two links are the wrench photos. The third link is to the article.

Thanks for posting that. I'm from Ohio and I recognize the man. I'm sure I've seen him at engine shows and flea markets.
Very nice collection , history preserved.
