That's the widest one I have seen its an inch or better (didn't measure it).

It's RK, the wrench is probably for a honda toolkit...
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

But I have an odd feeling R.K. doesn't stand for Road Kit in Japanese

Liking that P&C adjustable.  If I had budget for another collection it would most certainly be with focus on P&C

I love that little airco wrench.
FWIW RK japan is a huge motosport company with there big claim to fame is motorcycle chains. it would not be a stretch to think they may be the OEM for motorcycle tool kits. that wrench is for the axel bolt on a bike to adjust the drive chain.
